· version 1.0.6
ReSomnia in English and Dutch
The whole app is now available in French, English and Dutch.
For patients
- Choose your language in the menu or in your profile: screens, programme, exercises and emails all follow your choice.
For clinicians
- The clinician area, patient file and PDF report are available in all three languages.
· version 1.0.5
The guides in English and Dutch
For patients
- All 18 guides on insomnia and CBT-I are now available in English and Dutch.
- Two new pages explain how to install ReSomnia on the home screen of an iPhone or Android phone, while the store apps are in development.
· version 1.0.4
Text reviewed, the same guidance everywhere
For patients
- The programme and help pages have been reviewed one by one: every figure now points to a study or to the programme rules, and the guidance is the same on every screen (for example, caffeine logged before and after 14:00).
- The help page now describes exactly how your sleep window is adjusted each week, including the more cautious settings.
- The observations in your history (coffee, alcohol, stress) only appear once there are 5 nights per situation, to avoid jumping to conclusions.
For clinicians
- The patient record reminds you of the more cautious rules applied to patients who are 65 or over, pregnant or sleepy at the start, and the suggested window never goes below 5 hours.
- The Epworth scale labels are the same for you and for your patients.
· version 1.0.3
Easier sign-in and forgotten nights
For patients
- Using the app installed on your iPhone? The sign-in email now also contains a code to enter directly in the app.
- At the top of the diary, your last 7 nights at a glance: the ones logged and the ones still to complete. Tap a night to open it. A forgotten night is also flagged on the home screen.
For clinicians
- You can now also sign in to the clinician area with the code received by email.
· version 1.0.2
A more precise diary
For patients
- Coffee and alcohol are logged before and after 14:00.
- For medication taken to help you sleep, you can note the name (look for the one on the box), the strength and the number of tablets. The next day, a single tap repeats the same dose.
For clinicians
- Your patients' diary shows how much coffee and alcohol was taken after 14:00, and the medication details (strength, number of tablets), both on screen and in the CSV export.
· version 1.0.1
First feedback, first improvements
Thank you for your feedback in the first few days. Here is what has changed.
For patients
- The diary shows the whole night, for example "26 to 27 Oct", so you know straight away which night you are logging.
- Times are chosen from two lists, with a mouse or a finger.
- Your profile tells you when your changes have been saved.
- In the safety questions, the Next button stays available after going back, and a link takes you back to the questions after a test.
- New free tools: the Epworth test, a sleep efficiency calculator and a printable sleep diary.
For clinicians
- The table and chart of your patients' diary show each night in full ("Mon 26 to Tue 27 Oct").
