ReSomnia: learn to sleep again with CBT-I

Before sleeping pills, sleep experts recommend this.

Cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) is the first-line treatment in European guidelines. ReSomnia brings its tools together: sleep diary, sleep window and a guided programme.

European Insomnia Guideline, Journal of Sleep Research, 2023

Two minutes when you wake. The method does the rest.

Your night, in a few taps

Bedtime, awakenings, getting up. The app works out your sleep efficiency for you.

One programme, one week at a time

Six weeks to take back control: sleep window, racing thoughts, relaxation, and tools that last.

Your progress at a glance

Your nights turn into clear charts. Good weeks show, harder weeks make sense.

Your clinician, between sessions

With a six-digit code or an email invitation, they follow your nights day by day. They can message you, encourage you, adjust.

Your nights are nobody else's business.

  • You choose who sees what

Diary, questionnaires, notes: you decide what your clinician can read, and you take access back whenever you like.

  • Stored in Europe

Encrypted, stored in the European Union and protected by the GDPR. Never sold, never any ads.

  • Erased in one tap

One button in your profile deletes your account and all your data. For good.

Your patients, between sessions too.

Psychologists, physicians, sleep technologists: follow your patients' sleep diaries day by day, spot who is drifting and adjust the sleep window on reliable data.

  • Access granted by the patient, never imposed
  • Diary, questionnaires and messages in one place
  • Built for desktop and mobile

Your questions

Does ReSomnia replace a therapist?

No. ReSomnia helps you follow the method every day. With a CBT-I trained clinician it works even better, and you can invite them from the app.

Is it free?

Yes, and ad-free.

Do I need an account?

Yes, a free one, and your email is all it takes: no password, you simply get a sign-in link. Your nights are backed up, available on all your devices, and you can share them with your clinician.

I take sleeping pills. Can I use ReSomnia?

Yes. Never change your treatment without talking to your doctor. CBT-I can support a gradual reduction, always under medical supervision.

Which languages?

French, Dutch and English. ReSomnia is designed in Belgium, for Belgium first.
